At APOTHEKE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring candles and glass diffusers are securely padded to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5-10 business days.
